Thomas I or Tommaso I (b. 1178 - d. 1233) was Count of Savoy from 1189 - 1233. He was the son of Humbert III of Savoy and Beatrice of Vienna.
He married:
- Beatrice of Geneva
- Margaret of Faucigny, d. 1258 and had 10 children:

- Aymon, d. August 30 1237, Lord of Chablais

- Beatrice, d. 1265 or 1266, married in December 1219 to Ramon Berenguer IV, Count of Provence (1209-1245)
- Alice of Savoy, abbess of the monastery of St Pierre in Lyon
- Ágatha of Savoy, abbess of the monastery of St Pierre in Lyon
- Margaret (Marguerite in Italian), d. 1273, married in 1218 to Hartman the Old, d. 1264, Count of Kyburg
- Avita of Savoy, married Baudwin of Rivieres, count of Devon + 1261
