The Time Lord is a fictional character from the Ultima computer game series. He is described as intimidating, and with features that seem both young, and old. The Time Lord is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of time through space. He played major roles in Ultima II, III, IV, VII, and IX.
In Ultima III, Time Lord was instrumental in defeating the Exodus by assisting the Stranger to destroy it.
Near the end of Ultima IX, the Time Lord is revealed to be the same individual as Hawkwind the Seer, the man who helped the Avatar progress though the Quest of the Avatar in Ultima IV.
(Although the subject of Time Lord/Hawkwind connection is questionable because it has been theorized that this connection was created due the altered storyline of the final version of Ultima IX.)
