Timočka Krajina (Тимочка Крајина; Valea Timocului or Timoc in Romanian) is a region in eastern Serbia around the river Timok. It includes 8 municipalities: Zaječar, Bor, Negotin, Knjazevac, Sokobanja, Kladovo, Boljevac and Majdanpek. The main town in the region is Zaječar.
The region is rich in copper and gold mines, especially in the Bor and Majdanpek areas. The population is mostly made up of Serbs, but there is a sizeable minority of Romanians and Vlachs. The main religion is Serb Orthodoxy.
