Tina Thompson (born February 10, 1975) is a basketball player in the WNBA.
She was a member of the Houston Comets dynasty that won four consecutive WNBA championships from 1997-2000. Selected as the overall #1 draft pick of the 1997 draft, Thompson is a four-time All-Star and the WNBA's second all-time leading scorer behind Lisa Leslie, her former teammate at USC. A member of the U.S squad that won gold in Athens, she has started in 232 games in her career. Thompson has been named to the All-WNBA First Team twice (1997, 1998).
She is currently expecting her first child, a baby boy with Miami Heat player Damon Jones, in May 2005.
