The Tlacique are a fictional clan of vampires that reside in South America, from White Wolf Game Studio's Vampire: The Masquerade books and role-playing games. They are believed to be descended from the Followers of Set. This clan/bloodline possesses Protean instead of the clan discipline of Serpentis. They also possess a type of Sorcery that is unseen out of their ilk and is rather powerful in its own right. They have take the Camarilla and Sabbat as their enemies from the time of Christopher Columbus, when the European Kindred came over to South America and all but wiped out their mortal civilization. In the modern day, there are more and more Tlacique waking up and they have formed an alliance with the Pisanob Necromancers.
