Toa Yuai Jigyo Kumiai - Definition and Overview

Toa Yuai Jigyo Kumiai (東亜友愛事業組合), or the East Asia Friendship Enterprise Association, is a yakuza syndicate with a predominately Korean membership. It was founded by Hisayuki Machii, and has around 1,000 members. This was founded as a Tosei-kai (東声会) in 1957. The present name of this is Toa-kai (東亜会).
