Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, California - Definition

Toluca Lake is part of the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. It is located between Burbank and North Hollywood around Toluca Lake, an actual lake (rare for the L.A. area). The area's historic boundaries are Cahuenga Boulevard, Clybourn Avenue, Camarillo Street and the Los Angeles River.

Toluca Lake is probably most famously known as the home of several movie stars: Bob Hope, W. C. Fields, and Bing Crosby. It is also home to the original Bob's Big Boy restaurant, which still serves as a carhop hangout to this day.
