Thomas Charles Feeney III (born May 21 1958), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2003, representing the 24th District of Florida. He was born in Abington, Pennsylvania, was educated at Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh, and was a lawyer and member and Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives before entering the House.
As a congressman, Feeney wants to withdraw the United States from the United Nations.
