Toshihiko Seki - Definition and Overview

Seki Toshihiko (関 俊彦) is a veteran Japanese voice actor (seiyū) who has voiced characters in anime, drama CDs and video games. He was born on June 11, 1962 in Tochigi. He has released a CD album. Apart from seiyū work, Seki Toshihiko sometimes does live action drama stage work.
