Touchstone Television - Definition and Overview

Touchstone Television is an American television show production company. It absorbed ABC Circle Films and its post-1973 library in 1996, when its parent company, The Walt Disney Company purchased ABC. It mainly produces TV shows for the Disney Channel, ABC and all other ABC channels. It is a spin-off company from Touchstone Pictures, the first Disney-owned company not to carry the Walt Disney name.
