Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority - Definition and Overview |

The Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, described to the public by the "popular name" MTA Bridges and Tunnels, or MTA B&T, is an affiliate agency of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a public benefit corporation, that operates all intrastate toll bridges in New York City.

Rates vary by bridge/tunnel and by vehicle.
All rates listed here are regular cash rates. E-ZPass users pay discounted tolls at most facilities, and certain classes of users are eligible for even larger discounts; for example, Staten Island residents are eligible for discounted crossings of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.
- Triborough/Throgs Neck/Bronx-Whitestone Bridges, tunnels (charged in both directions):
- Cars: $4
- Heavy Vehicles (2-7 axles): $8-31, $5 per additional axle
- Motorcycles: $1.75
- Buses: $3
- Verrazano Narrows Bridge (charged westbound only):
- Cars: $8
- Heavy Vehicles (2-7 axles): $16-62, $10 per additional axle
- Motorcycles: $3.50
- Buses: $6
- Marine Parkway/Cross Bay/Henry Hudson bridges (charged in both directions):
- Cars: $2
- Heavy Vehicles (2-7 axles): $4-15, $3 per additional axle
- Motorcycles: $1.75
- Buses: $1.50
