Tweaker is a slang term for someone who abuses Methamphetamine. The term comes from tinkering behaviors associated with methamphetamine use. For example, taking apart a bicycle or stereo while under the influence of methamphetamines would be phrased "tweaking on a bicycle or stereo." Tweaking denotes a compulsive behavior.
