University Center Rochester (UCR) is a higher education facility in Rochester, Minnesota. It combines the services of three organizations:

• Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC)
• University of Minnesota Rochester, part of the University of Minnesota system
• WSU Rochester Center, part of Winona State University, which is an element of the MnSCU system.
