VELAM was a French automobile manufacturer that made VELAM microcars in 1957 under the licence of the Isetta from the Italian Iso. Powered by a 236cc engine, it was capable of speeds in excess of 50 m.p.h. (The name is probably the abbreviation for the unknown manufacturing company).
Around 7000 cars were built.
