Visa Electron - Definition |

Visa Electron, introduced in the 80s is only accepted by vendors to a limited extent, though some stores, (e.g. Tesco's in the UK, do accept it "over the counter".) More accepted is the Visa Delta debit card, which can be used for online transactions as well as in person purchases.
