WFXT - Definition and Overview

WFXT is an American television station, which uses the on-air brand Fox 25. It is the Fox television network affiliate in Boston, Massachusetts. Its transmitter is located in Newton, Massachusetts. WFXT currently has three newscasts Monday through Friday, one on Saturday and two on Sundays. Weekday newcasts include "Fox 25 Morning News" from 6:00-9:00AM. It is hosted by Gene Lavachy and Kim Kerrigan. The morning news show first premered on September 22, 2003. On Sunday's there is "Fox 25 News Sunday" 9:00-10:00AM, currently hosted by Molly Line. Fox News Channel's "Fox News Sunday" airs after from 10:00-11:00AM. There is also a nightly newscast every night from 10:00-11:00PM.

WFXT also is available on channel 31 in high definition.
