WWE Films - Definition and Overview

WWE Films is a company within the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. corporation, created in the early 2000s to create and develop feature film properties for the professional wrestlers within the company.

To date it has co-produced two films and is currently producing three more independently, with The Marine being the first developed solely by the company to reach the filming stage.

The president of WWE Films is Joel Simon.

Stone Cold Steve Austin has recently agreed to star in three WWE Films productions.
