WXIA-TV (11 Alive, channel 11) is a Gannett-owned television station in Atlanta with the following history:
- 1951: Began as ABC affiliate WLWA
- 1968: Callsign WQXI-TV
- 1976: Callsign change to WXIA-TV
- 1980: Changed network affiliation to NBC (ABC went to WSB-TV 2)
The XIA stands for XI (11 in Roman numerals), and Atlanta. WXIA's transmitter is located at 110 Arizona Avenue Northeast, in Atlanta, Georgia.
