Wakefield line - Definition and Overview

The Wakefield line is a railway connecting Leeds and Wakefield with Sheffield and Doncaster in the north of England. Long distance services using this line as part of longer journeys are run by GNER, Midland Mainline and Virgin Trains. Arriva trains northern run local services which stop at all stations.

Within West Yorkshire it includes the following stations (ordered going away from Leeds):
