Warren Jeffs is the "Prophet" of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints group. While they claim to hold to the traditional form of "Mormonism", the largest group of Mormons, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (based in Salt Lake City, Utah) does not consider them any part of the church at all.
