"We Are the Champions" is a song by Queen which has become an anthem for a number of sports teams. It was written by Freddie Mercury.

This song has a slow tempo and is altogether calmer in mood compared to the fast and chaotic Bohemian Rhapsody. The song comes from the album "News Of The World". The instruments in this piece of music are the traditional rock instruments such as the lead and bass guitar as well as drum kit and vocals.

The song appears right after "We Will Rock You" on "News Of The World". Queen used this pair of songs respectively to open and close their concerts.
