Windfall is a fictional character in the DC Comics universe. Originally a member of the nature-themed supervillain group called the Masters of Disaster, Windfall rebelled against her sister Riptide and came to sympathize with her team's arch-foes, The Outsiders. Helping to save the life of the superheroine Halo, she became disassociated from her former team, and began a lengthy stint with the Outsiders. While in this venue she attended college and has since moved on to a post-heroic lifestyle.
