Windsor Terrace is a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. It is bounded by Prospect Park to the North and Green-Wood Cemetery to the South.

The subway arrived in 1933 with the extension of the IND Crosstown Line. The F-Train now serves the 15th Street-Prospect Park station.

Largely residential, Windsor Terrace is home to mainly Irish and Italian-American families, many having settled in its brick rowhouses and small woodframe homes when the neighborhood was first developed at the turn of the century. Over time, Windsor Terrace has becoming increasingly more diverse including large numbers of Latino and Hispanic people, in addition to a recent influx of young professional families as a result of Gentrification.
