Wormerland - Definition and Overview

Wormerland (population: 15,765 in 2004) is a municipality in the north-western Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. The municipality covers an area of 45.14 km² (of which 6.34 km² water).

The municipality of Wormerland consists the following towns, villages and townships: Jisp, Neck, Oostknollendam, Spijkerboor, Wijdewormer, Wormer.
