X-Play (previously named "Gamespot TV" and "Extended Play") is a television show co-hosted by Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb. X-Play began on TechTV, but moved to G4techTV after the merger of G4 and TechTV. Its aim is to preview and review the latest video games. Its ratings are on a scale from one to five, one being the worst, and five being the best. G4TechTV is a digital cable channel available in over 50 million homes in America.
Trademarks
Adam occasionally says "Dik-Dik Van Dik", and has been known to wear a Dik-Dik t-shirt on air. This is a reference to the manga/game Ultimate Muscle, which contains a character named Dik-Dik Van Dik.
The show featured "disembodied voice" intros when the show opens of returns from commercials. These intros are known for saying things like "Please welcome the agony, and the ecstacy...Adam Sessler, and Morgan Webb!" Adam and Morgan occasionally respond to these, such as, in response to the voice saying, "I'll trade your Adam Sessler for my Morgan Webb," with Adam replying, "that's a bad deal." The intros are sometimes written by fans on the show's forums.

X-Play hosts an annual "Best of (year)" competition, the most recent being "Best of 2004."
