Yüniç Xäbib Fazılcan ulı /yu-NEECH kha-BEEP fah-zel-JAHN oo-LE/ (Uyghyr: ?, Chinese: ? )(1905-1945), is a Xinjiang politician, pedagogue and journalist. Ethic Tatar.

After coming back from Turkey, where he studied, to East Turkistan, he organized first Uyghur language gazette in Ili district of Xinjiang (Ila déryasi (?)) and was it's editor in 1934-1944. He was the first who organized public library in Ghulja (Kuljia) city. In 1940s he teached at Ghulja's Tatar school.

After beginning of national freedom movement he was of the leaders of this movement. He also was one of the composers of the Declaration of People's Republic of East Turkistan, which was previously supported by Soviet Union, but suppressed by China and Soviet Union both. Also Yüniç was an education minister of temporary government (1944-1945). At the same time he was an editor of "Azat Sherqiy Türkistan" (Free East Turkistan gazette). He died during typhus epidemic.
