YATE - Yet Another Telephony Engine is a free software telephony server that can be used for applications like PBX, Gateway and IVR solutions.
The software is written in C++ and will support scripting in various programming languages.
Yate version 0.8.3 has support for sound card (OSS) and also some bugs fixed in the tone generator. Parameters can be passed from routing to external scripts.
YateGUI is a control interface for YATE and GnuGK.
