Yaupon Holly (Ilex vomitoria), also called cassina (a name shared with the Dahoon Holly), is an evergreen holly found in the southeast United States.

Yaupon bears small round yellow or red fruit. Native Americans use the leaves to brew a tea for medicinal and ceremonial purposes, causing vomiting (hence the Latin name). This shrub or tree can reach upwards of 20 feet.
