Yotvata - Definition and Overview

Yotvata is a kibbutz in the north Negev of Israel, along the Arava road.

Yotvata has risen to become one of the most successful and stable kibbutzim in Israel, owing to its profitable dairy business and its chain of vegetarian-dairy restaurants. The dairies of Kibbutz Yahel, Lotan, and Ketura provide milk for Yotvata.
