Yukhym Zvyahilsky (in Russian: Efim Zvyagilsky). Appointed acting prime minister of Ukraine on September 22, 1993. Fulfilled the duties until Vitaly Masol was confirmed as prime minister in June 1994. Currently a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, manager of the Zasyadko mine in the Donbass.
