Zandhoven - Definition and Overview

Zandhoven is a municipality in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Massenhoven, Pulderbos, Pulle, Viersel and Zandhoven proper. On January 1, 2004, Zandhoven had a population of 12,260 (6,157 males and 6,103 females). The total area is 40.10 km² which gives a population density of 305.73 inhabitants per km².
