Zulu stick fighting is a martial art traditionally practised by teenage Zulu herdboys in South Africa. Each combatant is armed with two long sticks, one of which is used for defence and the other for offence. No armour or protective gear is used.
In recent years, attempts have been made to develop Zulu stick fighting into a regular sport, with rules and competitions.
