Tsoying (左營, Zuoying in Mandarin) is a district in Kaohsiung City, Republic of China.
It is the site of Zuoying Harbour, known formerly as Port Saei (Saei being the city's Japanese pronounciation). Host to Tsoying Naval Airfield (22°42'16"N 120°16'48"E).
