In this Agreement & Disclaimer ("Agreement") "you" and "your" refer to each customer or website visitor, "we", us" and "our" refer to WordIQ, Inc. (doing business as WordIQ.com TM), its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates (hereinafter "WordIQ") and "Services" refers to the services provided by us. WordIQ at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this Web site at anytime. By using this service the user waives any rights or claims it may have against WordIQ. 6. COPYRIGHT. WordIQ complies with the GNU Free Documentation License for all content licensed under the GNU FDL and acknowledges Wikipedia authorship of such material. In the case WordIQ uses content from another source, such as Wikipedia, that source will be listed on each page with a URL linking back to the source. Copies of articles licensed under GNU FDL can be freely used so long as the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License are followed - no other terms apply. WordIQ eBooks contain public domain works that may be used freely without restrictions. 7. EMAIL TRANSMISSIONS.
